Place your hands on the ground and stay in a straight position. Then, lean down. Repeat 10 times.

  1. Bridge

Lie down on your back and bend the knees. Put your hands on the ground above your head. Then, start lifting your body and curve your back. Stay in that position for several seconds and then gradually lower your body back to the ground.

Lie down on your belly and with your hands, grab your lower legs. Then, curve forwards and in reverse. Repeat for 1 minute.

  1. Superman posture

Lie down on your belly and lift both of your hands. Make sure the legs remain still. Repeat 15 times.
