The recipe you are about to read is one of the oldest German natural remedies. In order to do it, you will need only 3 ingredients: lemon, ginger, and garlic. You are going to need water too.
These three ingredients will offer numerous health benefits and treat a lot of health issues, such as fatigue, flu, cold, infections, and clogged arteries. At the same time, they lower the fat levels in the blood, enhance immunity, and cleanse liver.
This recipe will prevent damage from free radicals, protect your heart, and improve your blood circulation.
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 ginger
- 4 unpeeled lemons
- 2 l of water
Wash the lemons and then slice them into small pieces. Then, take the garlic cloves and remove their skin. Next, blend them together with the rest of the ingredients. Add in the water. At the end, put the whole mixture to boil, and before it reaches the boiling point, turn off the heat.
Then, strain and put the mixture into several glass bottles. The lemons will neutralize the garlic smell.
Drink 120 minutes before your meals. Before every use, shake the content because the small bits of lemon and garlic will sink at the bottom.
