Citrus Salad

Ingredients you will need:

1 peach

200 g pineapple

700 g of red cabbage

3 tbsp. of lemon juice (freshly juiced)

2 tbsp. of orange juice (freshly juiced)

½ tsp. of cumin

1 tbsp. of olive oil

2 tbsp. of ACV



Get rid of the center part of the cabbage. First, cut it in quarter and after that, cut it into thin slices. Peel the peach and pineapple and cut them in tiny pieces. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and then sprinkle some ACV over them. Let it stay like that for 15 minutes in order to marinate. Take another bowl and mix the lemon and orange juice. Then, add the olive oil and the cumin. Add the water and the pepper and stir well. Rinse the carrots and the cabbage and add it in the 1st bowl. At the end, take one large bowl and put all the ingredients in there to mix.

Cucumber and Cabbage detox salad

Ingredients you will need:

3 tbsp. of soy sauce

2 tbsp. of the canola oil

2 tbsp. of lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

1 white onion

400 g of cucumber

600 g of green cabbage



Peel the cucumber and the onion and wash the cabbage. Then, cut them in some tiny pieces. Put them in a bowl. Meanwhile, take another bowl and mix the lemon juice, soy sauce, and the pepper. At the end, pour this mixture over the 1st bowl. 1 portion of this salad has 72 calories.

Apple, orange, and fennel diuretic salad

Ingredients you will need:

2 tbsp. of ACV

2 tbsp. of grape seed oil

2 tsp. of mustard

2 tsp. of honey

1 onion

4 oranges

3 apples

1 fennel

A couple of sprigs of dill


First of all, cut the fennel in pieces and then peel the organs. Separate them in segments. Next, peel the onion and cut it in small pieces. Wash the apple but don’t peel it. Just eliminate its center and seeds. Take another bowl and mix the oil, honey, ACV, and mustard. Season the salad. Once the ingredients are well mixed, sprinkle the dill over the salad and enjoy.

Carrot noodles to the nut

Ingredients you will need:

4 tbsp. of sesame seeds

4 onions

400 g of carrots

4 tbsp. of walnut oil

4 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar

4 tbsp. of Provencal (mix of chopped garlic and parsley)




Chop the onions and peel the carrots. Then, cut the carrots into long and thin slices. Put the ACV and the walnut oil in a bowl and season them. Add the sesame seeds, carrots, and the Provencal and at the end, mix the salad with your hands.

Tuna and Pasta salad

Ingredients you will need:

½ tbsp. of mustard

1 tbsp. of raspberry vinegar

A yellow pepper

1 can of tuna

250 g of Fucile pasta

A red pepper

Several basil leaves

2 tbsp. of olive oil




Boil the pasta and cool it by using some cold water. After you drain it, add it to a big bowl. Then, eliminate the seeds of the peppers and cut them.  Then, add them to the bowl. Next, wash and cut the basil and add it in the bowl. Add the tuna in it, too. Take another cup and mix the ACV, mustard, and oil and add this to the salad. Mix well with your hands.
