Ingredients you will need:
30 g of dry laurel leaves
In a pot, pour some water and put it on the heat to boil. Then, once it starts to boil, add the laurel leaves and let them simmer. Then, after it cools down, strain it and add some honey (if you want). Drink this tea twice a day, 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup before bedtime.
Bay leaves help you to treat the following health problems:
Muscle pain – Laurel leaves provide immediate relief from the muscle pain or any other pain. Just put 5 dry laurel leaves in 1 liter of water and let them boil. After that, put this mixture in your warm bath and soak in it for 20 minutes. They are high in calcium, vitamin C and A, potassium, iron, magnesium, and manganese.
Pain caused by arthritis – Rub some laurel leaf oil on the hurting body parts and massage it for a bit.
Bay leaves can be used for bloating, colic, stomach ulcers, and some other digestive issues.
If you have dandruff, rinse your hair with some bay leaf water.
They might be used as an insect repellent.
For people suffering from cough, seasonal cold, flu, or other respiratory issue, laurel leaf tea is the ideal beverage for them. Or, soak some gauze in laurel leaf tea and put them as a compress on the chest. They are perfect for treatment of skin inflammation and infections due to their high content of antibacterial and anti-fungal properties.
