After that, put this mixture in your warm bath and soak in it for 20 minutes. They are high in calcium, vitamin C and A, potassium, iron, magnesium, and manganese.

Pain caused by arthritis – Rub some laurel leaf oil on the hurting body parts and massage it for a bit.

Bay leaves can be used for bloating, colic, stomach ulcers, and some other digestive issues.

If you have dandruff, rinse your hair with some bay leaf water.

They might be used as an insect repellent.
